The customer service here is awful. We have been trying to get my fathers hoyer lift fixed since September, 1st they said they needed pictures then they wanted a video of the oil leaking out of then they needed medical records. Now its paid off they want to charge to come look at but still noone will ever call you back and when you call them they say your on a waiting list from September.
We used Airline Medical for my dad's in home needs. We had a great experience and Shannon and John were especially helpful! They made the process of caring for a loved one, that much easier. I would definitely recommend using them if you are in need of any of the equipment they offer!
Horrible service! Run Run away!
They are very good at pressure selling and don't deliver ! I was told 30 mimutes from picking up the paitent that I would be picking up the products. I explained I had a very small car and could not get it in my car and if I could that I have neck and back issues that prohibit me from picking up anything over 10 lbs. I asked them to deliver it and after 3 weeks of no reply or product I asked for a refund I was told I abandoned the equipment and it would have to be looked at by management. I still have no product no refund and no reply.
As for getting the equipment (a hospital bed) the technician was very friendly and detailed in getting it set up to my mother’s needs. My problem is what happened after my mother passed away. It had been a few years, so the bed was paid off and her property. Six days after she passed- a DAY before the funeral- Airlife called and asked if we wanted to donate her bed to them. It was absolutely the most horrible moment to receive that call, and it was very callous in my opinion. If retrieving donated medical equipment is a service you wish to provide, be respectful and wait an appropriate amount of time. Even then, do it by mail. Have some decency.
