I needed a transport wheelchair for my husbands Dr appointments, so when they called about a wheelchair I asked for a transport chair, one I could lift into the car, they sent a large approx 60 LB wheelchair I cannot lift. So I have been trying for approx 2 weeks to get it picked up, but apparently they are too busy delivering to come by and get it, oh and I guess they are collecting $ from Medicare . Please get this chair picked up.I do not have room to store it for you. Not 5 stars, I gave one star because someone answers the phone. Next call Medicare
Thank you to Airlife Medical! My mom was evacuated from the Fort Myers area and we needed a backup in case power went out. Even though my mom was not a customer, Airlife worked with us to provide a battery powered oxygen source. Thank you, Rick, and Jessica! Jessica even called after the storm to check on my mom. Airlife Medical went above and beyond to help us last minute as they were prepping for Ian. I am so grateful they were there for us. I recommend Airlife Medical wholeheartedly. Jessica is the best!
I cannot believe 3.3 reviews. A company with 35 now 36 1 out of 5 stars is still in business. Unable to talk to the owner. Left a message but am still waiting to hear back. They do not care. They charged me $27 to tell me that the motor fell off the bed. I was told it would be prepared asap, 3 weeks later I'm still getting the run around. The only time I got their attention is when I brought up their bad reviews. All the negative reviews are dead on. It was a disaster from day one.
AirLife Medical is the best DME supply company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are professional and help when an order needs more information. Their staff are friendly, and Craig always comes by to check for any needs I may have for future discharges. You don't have to worry when sending a referral because they are going to contact you to verify they received it. I absolutely enjoy working with their staff and I believe you will too. Do not use them for your loved ones' needs. The customer service and follow up is terrible. A bed was delivered for my father after his neck fractures. The rail on the bed broke in less than a year. The repairman just adjusted a screw and it's broken again. His caregiver called, no response. I called, spoke to Natalie. She blamed it on my father. To make matters worse, they refused to come out and repair the bed the first time until a balance of $54 was paid. They have already been paid by his insurance and Medicaid. Airlife Medical didn't even have the humanity, compassion or decency to waive the balance for an 87 year old man on a fixed income barely able to pay for the assistance he needs. I cared for him for over 20 years until I no longer could. Airlife Medical just cares about the money, not the human beings in need of medical equipment to make their lives a bit more bearable.
