I purchased a van from this place and they charged me $72.000 for a Used Toyota Sienna van that has problems and all they keep telling me is reed the books. The wete my best friends until 3 days until they new I cant return it ! Then they didnt want to give me my title after I paid cash for my van and they kept giving me excuses until I finally had to have the police brought in there. And told them it was a fellony to hold my title from me then I received a phone call 30 minutes later that they had my title. ( how about that) Now my van is at Toyota of Lakeland waiting to be repaired the blind spot mirror detection devices are not working and haven't been since I received it and now Toyota has to have someone from VMI come out from Phonix Arizona to figure out what the problem is. Also John Vath the owner of Mobility Works said that the transportation company that I hired to transport my van from Phoenix to Lakeland scratched the front under caradge. That was impossible that was because the transporter I hired carries million dollar car's for NASCAR also, and John blames me for the damage. So if I were any one else I would not bring a van to Mobility Works in Lakeland Florida if your van was over heating and needed water or and oil change. But he put that money in his pocket fast. $72.000

I had a great experience with John the owner of Mobility Express. I live in CA and needed to help get a handicap Van for my mom who lives with my dad in Davenport FL. I found their website online and made arrangements to meet John on my trip out to Florida to help my folks with the purchase. He was quite helpful, and worked with us on the balance of the van payments. I did not have quite enough money but he understood just how badly we needed a mobility van. Very impressed! We have had the van now for 6 months they have been very helpful to my dad and any issues were immediately taken care of as promised. The van is great, the service was great. Another reviewer said he was a "crook", which almost stopped me from doing business with him, I sent my dad to meet him before I flew out and that was NOT our experience AT ALL! Go to Mobility Express LakeLand!!! Thank You John!

I have never received finer service from a company. They made buying a Chrysler Town & Country conversion van the easiest and friendliest automobile purchase I have ever experienced. It began with interaction with a no-pressure salesman, Scott Yarosz. When he evaluated my husband's needs so that I could transport him easily he came up with a perfect solution. On Wednesday I took my trade-in to Lakeland and met owner John Vath. John and his wife Renee are caring and concerned, and I feel as if this family-owned and operated business offers vehicles that are fairly priced, with personal service that is outstanding. In the process of completing paperwork I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Cheryl, Rae, Dave and Bill. Today I was able to take my husband out for lunch for the first time in 9 months, and the ease in which he entered and exited the car was amazing. He was thrilled, and so was I. I highly recommend The Mobility Store. Try them...they really know what they're doing!!

I needed to find a company that could install a wheel chair lift on the back of my SUV and I had checked with several local companies to do so. I ended up choosing Mobility Express of Lakeland as a result of a fantastic, informative conversation with a person who turned out to be the owner of the company, Renee. She took my information and contacted me quickly with a detailed description of what needed to be done and the cost which I deemed VERY FAIR. My second point of contact was with a very knowledgeable employee named Rae. She provided me with the details of the service and I felt, through our conversation, that she understood and truly cared about my needs for my Dad. I was then transferred to Kathy; a bubbly and efficient woman who set my appointment time and date. Me, my wife and Dad arrived for our appointment and were immediately greeted by Rae and Robert. Being a man of unusual stature, 6' 11" and 600 lbs., we were all comfortably accommodated for the installation wait. Doug and Dave, of the service department, kept me informed about the ins & outs of the install. Dave, a US Navy Vet, like myself, did an absolutely fantastic job on the lift for my vehicle and took the time to show me all the proper functions of it. In all, me and my family had a wonderful experience and this group of people absolutely exude the very essence of professionalism and customer service. I would highly recommend that ANYONE in need of mobility services utilize this family owned and operated business in our community. With much Gratitude, Big Mike

I am the wife of a double amputee disabled veteran. We purchased a 2014 GMC Savana modified for my husbands disability. We have had issues with this vehicle from the time of delivery. Some of the features they "promised", they were not able to put in this vehicle. Others were not what was explained to us and not very handicap usable. In trying to resolve these issues we get the run around and most of the time they never bother to return your calls. They have been extremely unprofessional. ONE of the major issues with this has been the battery goes dead making it impossible for my husband to access, trust or feel safe in this vehicle. The whole idea behind having a handicap modified vehicle was so my husband could be independent, I have to go with him because of these issues, which defeats the purpose of having this kind of vehicle. We have been dealing with Mobility Express since Oct.2013. We were originally told we would have it by Thanksgiving. It was delivered the second week of January 2014 and we never even put one single mile on the van before they had to pick it up to be repaired. There are less than 500 miles on it right now (4 months later), most of them put on by Mobility Express, NOT my husband! This company has, in my opinion, been extremely disrespectful to a disabled veteran! He STILL does not have a properly functioning Van.
