From start to finish Sebastián provided wonderful costumer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size mattress, but he was very patient fixing my purchase with no issue. They kept me updated on regards to my order status, the price was fair, the delivery men were courteous and set up the mattress for us! Overall we had a very positive experience and would recommend using SEB over a chain store any day!
Service, attention and quality is top notch. I have known Sebastian, the owner, a few years now, and he is an upstanding gentleman. He helped us tremendously in looking for our all natural mattress and some covers and pillows as well. Delivery guys were on time and had a good attitude. Out of the bag, mattress does not smell, there is no dangerous chemical off-gassing because it is 100 per cent natural, and the hand-made quality is excellent. We went with a coil/all natural latex type of mattress and it is very comfortable and cool to sleep on. Latex can also be changed for a softer or harder surface if need be. Also bought an all natural mattress protector that seems to also helps us keep cool at night, unlike our plastic one we had in our old mattress. Very happy with our purchase. It is hard to find not only all-natural mattresses, but businesses that stand behind their products. Seb goes beyond the call of duty in this respect. We bought this at the Coral Gables Store and went there 3 times to be sure what to buy and Sebastian was always patient in answering all our questions and letting us try different mattresses and pillows. If you are looking for an all natural mattress or even pillows, this is the place to go in South Florida.
Our experience with SEB Mattress was great from start to finish. Sebastian, the owner, was so personable, helpful and honest when we visited the store looking for a new mattress. Having had several bad experiences purchasing mattresses in the recent past, this was very refreshing. After we ordered the mattress in the store, he literally took care of every detail from the ordering process to calling our condo building and setting up the delivery and making sure everything went smooth. We didn’t have to do anything! He sent us texts updating us with every detail regarding the order, transport and delivery so we knew exactly what was going on. His team arrived on time and set everything up in our bedroom and made sure it looked perfect! Amazing customer service! And the mattress….THE BEST!!!! We purchased the Halcyon by Naturepedic and it is the best mattress we have ever had! Comfortable from the first night! No adjustment period! We would recommend SEB to anyone needing a mattress! You don’t need to go anywhere else!!

So nice to be able to lie on a few beds with different firmnesses in his showroom located in Coconut Grove. He knows so much about his inventory and has a great selection in different price ranges.
