We just purchased our first conversion van! John and his staff were amazing! Fiar and honest people. Very happy with our purchase and we will be returning customers for any future mobility needs
I stopped in to have my scooter lift looked at fully expecting to have to make an appointment. But luck would have it the guys were able to look at it right then. They fixed my problem and were very polite and conscientious. They test drove my car twice to make sure there were no further issues. I was very happy and it was not an arm and a leg! Very happy and I will use them in tne future should I need anything.
I bought a wheelchair van for my mom who had a stroke last year and we needed to get her to her doctor appointments. John and Billy were so patient with me after 5 test drives and multiple visits to the store I bought a pre-owned van and mom loves it. Best decision we made and no we do not have to pay and wait for a transporter van. Thanks guys
A word of caution!!! John Vath is the ultimate salesman. He has been in the sales business all his life. He will tell you everything you want to hear. He has an answer for every objection. He presents the illusion of trust and honesty. He will lure you into believing him, and then sell you an inferior product that is overpriced. He has tragic life experiences that may sway your decision making. Be wise, alert, and shop other stores. . His deals may not be the best. Do not sign anything immediately!!!
Do not under any circumstances buy a vehicle from this company. In Feb. 2019 they sold me a van with a VMI Ricon lift that arrived broken, said they would pay for the repairs and then refused to pay the local dealer that did the work. The lift was heavily used and out of warranty, not "like new" as they claimed. It broke again in June 2019 and then in Jan. 2020. I’ve spent thousands of dollars having it repaired multiple times in less than a year and now have to replace it. I want my money back!
